• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable (see Refund Policy for inadvertent payments).

• Digital receipts will be issued to the email address provided at the time of contribution.
• Donations are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Tax Benefits: All donations are eligible for 80G certificate for tax benefits under the Income Tax Act of India. You will receive an 80G certificate via email after your donation is processed, which you can use to claim tax deductions when filing your income tax returns.

All content, branding, and media on this site are owned by or licensed to Right To Play Foundation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without prior written consent.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

6. Tax Receipts & 80G Certificates

All donations to Right To Play Foundation are eligible for 80G tax deduction certificates under the Income Tax Act of India. You will receive an 80G certificate via email after your donation is processed, which can be used to claim tax deductions when filing your income tax returns.

Important: If a refund is processed, any 80G certificate or tax receipt issued for that donation will be cancelled. You will not be able to claim a tax deduction for a refunded donation.
